Overview
Join us as a Founding Senior Software Engineer to build the next generation AI analytics platform for helping product, marketing and sales teams make sense of customer feedback at scale. This role is not suitable for you if you have been working mainly on freelancing projects or only in consulting. We require strong experience working on the same product over a long period of time within a product or data platform organization.
We recognize that making sense of qualitative customer feedback from multiple feedback sources is manual and time-consuming for product, marketing and sales teams to get an in-depth view of customer pain points and identify opportunities to drive sales and retention leading to millions of euros in incremental revenue.

Responsibilities
- Join as a Founding Engineer to build a scalable backend infrastructure for a data-intensive web app and AI/ML model serving.
- Build and own scalable backend services and optimize storage/database workloads for high availability.
- Scale integrations with multiple tools for ingesting different data types and build robust data pipelines for transformation and processing.
- Design and manage flexible data models and database infrastructure for fast reads/writes and support for vector stores.
- Implement and manage robust workflow orchestration for multiple data jobs.
- Setup robust testing practices, monitoring and observability to ensure reliability of all services and data pipelines.
- Stay up-to-date with software engineering and data engineering best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Experience building scalable data pipelines, orchestrating workflows and optimizing pipelines.
- Experience working with data warehouse technologies
- Experience working with TypeScript / NodeJS / Python and a strongly typed language.
- Very comfortable working across the data and backend
- Comfortable managing cloud infrastructure for backend, ML and data pipelines at scale (DevOps).
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including Frontend and Machine Learning Engineers.
- Familiarity with vector databases / stores
