What you'll do :
Be the go-to expert for customer questions via phone, chat, or email
Guide users through solutions with patience, empathy, and clarity
Spot issues and solve them—or upscale when needed

Keep customer records accurate and up-to-date
Collaborate with other teams to improve support processes
What we're looking for :
Native-level Dutch speaker (C2); other languages are a plus
Previous customer service experience is a bonus
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Empathy and people-first mindset
Fast learner with a passion for tech
Willing to relocate and available to start in September, October, or November 2025
