Key Responsibilities : Responsible for managing the specific portfolio review of country policies by identifying in-scope policies according to defined parameters. Prepare and allocate review work for Portfolio Analysts. Track review progress and address any IT or business issues that hinder or delay the process. Ensure project management controls and documentation are in place for successful delivery. Prioritize resources within the team, identify resource gaps early, and communicate priorities and target delivery dates effectively. Provide regular status reports on workstream progress, milestones, issues, risks, and financial status. Build effective communication channels with Project Managers across European countries, workstream leads, business stakeholders at all levels, and regional change teams. While processes stabilize, perform quality checks on booking requests received through the Registration System or other formats before forwarding them to third-party service providers.
Qualifications : Proficiency in English (verbal & written) is mandatory. Spanish proficiency is highly valuable. Knowledge of European languages such as Dutch, German, French, or Italian is preferred. Candidates should have insurance industry experience, understanding of working across cultures and time zones, and familiarity with rapid change delivery processes. Formal project management qualifications and extensive experience managing large projects across multiple locations within the insurance sector are required. Strong skills in MS Office, especially Excel, and experience with business change methodologies are essential. Experience in global organizations is advantageous. Proven communication, documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills are necessary. Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in multicultural and complex political environments.
