About the role
Deep Learning Engineers at Revolut are at the forefront of GenAI and large language model integration, building transformative products ranging from user-facing tools to advanced process optimization and data understanding solutions. You will work with advanced LLMs, developing impactful solutions for millions of Revolut customers worldwide.
We are seeking a Deep Learning Engineer (NLP) to join our AI department, driving the development of our proprietary LLM and supporting systems. This is a hands-on, high-impact role at the intersection of research and real-world application. If you want to shape the future of finance, we want to hear from you.
What you'll be doing
1. Leading the design and development of our in-house LLM, from architecture and training to deployment.
2. Building the full interface layer and orchestration framework for seamless interaction with our LLM.
3. Creating an agentic framework for intelligent task execution, coordination, and reasoning.
4. Conducting applied research in NLP, LLMs, and generative AI to solve complex problems and improve model performance.
What you'll need
* Experience in training, fine-tuning, and deploying large language models.
* A solid background in machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing.
* Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks.
* A bachelor's degree in a STEM subject.
* Deep understanding of probability and statistics fundamentals.
* Big-picture thinking to diagnose problems and productionize research.
* An applied research mindset with the ability to read, implement, and improve state-of-the-art academic work.
Nice to have
* Experience designing and building agentic or multi-agent systems.
* Master's or PhD in a quantitative discipline.
* Expertise in additional programming languages such as Java, Scala, or C++.
Compensation range
Vilnius: 6,300 - 9,300 gross monthly
Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process.
Final compensation will be based on qualifications, skills, and experience.
