**Job Description**:
Mainly, as a Senior Payroll Officer you ensure all employees are paid in accordance to local laws and the Company established processing guidelines. Also, you:
- Responsible for central calculations and payments: payslips, withheld tax, social security.
- Ensure all month end tasks such as statutory payments and reporting is performed timely.
- Responsible for all CRETA Process.
- Manage Rewards Operations: Flex Salary and Health Insurance.
- Lead and implement new standardizations & optimization processes.
- Bank reconciliations exercise.
- Ensure data alignment in all internal platforms.
- Manage Staff Card Administration - GED.
- Ensure the legal and internal compliance criteria are applied.
- Assist in projects directed by the Payroll Manager.
**Qualifications**:
- As a Senior Payroll Officer, you: _
- _Have Payroll knowledge for at least 5 years._
- _ Have solid knowledge of Social Security Process (CRETA), 5 years or more._
- _ Have a high level of Spanish and English. Portuguese is plus._
- _ Are extremely organised and are detail oriented._
- You take ownership and are focused on results._
