Work with an excellent product, help hundreds of people, and make your bonus!</p><p><br></p><p>“I’m very happy, it’s been an excellent move for me, everyone has been so welcoming and helpful, I love the work”; Sales Manager we placed there in 2024.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>The Role</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Sales</strong></p><ul><li>Manage your territory across Valencia and Murcia to maximise patient access, grow revenue and exceed sales targets.</li><li>Work with existing clients, and expand the number of procedures taking place at these accounts (approx. 60-80 per year)</li><li>Develop new relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) in pulmonology and respiratory.</li><li>Navigate the Spanish healthcare market, including the Sistema Nacional de Salud, services, private hospital groups, procurement processes and treatment pathways.</li><li>Identify key accounts across public and private hospitals, assess sales potential and create account plans to achieve territory targets.</li><li>Develop centres of excellence and promote them to relevant clinical teams to support smooth patient pathways.</li><li>Deliver product presentations and training to hospital-based healthcare professionals, including pulmonologists, thoracic surgeons, respiratory nurses and physiotherapists.</li><li>Attend relevant industry events, congresses and internal company meetings.</li><li>Maintain accurate account activity in the CRM and provide opportunity updates.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Procedure Delivery</strong></p><ul><li>Support clinicians in identifying suitable patients for procedures.</li><li>Provide guidance and training to doctors and medical teams.</li><li>Follow up with treatment centres after procedures, offering support where needed.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>The Person</strong></p><ul><li>4+ years’ experience in a medical device, healthcare or life sciences field sales role.</li><li>Knowledge of medical devices, ideally respiratory, thoracic, interventional or related.</li><li>Strong understanding of public and private healthcare systems, including regional decision making, procurement, funding and referral pathways.</li><li>Existing contacts in respiratory medicine, interventional pulmonology or thoracic surgery would be beneficial.</li><li>Knowledge of COPD treatment pathways would be advantageous.</li><li>Strong territory management, account planning, sales analysis and budget management skills.</li><li>Confident presenting to small groups of healthcare professionals.</li><li>Willing to travel frequently across your regions, happy to travel to other regions initially to increase your knowledge, and later to assist other staff members if required.</li><li>Full driving licence valid in Spain.</li><li>Fluent Spanish and strong English language skills.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Personality Fit</strong></p><ul><li>Autonomous, proactive and customer-focused.</li><li>Confident building relationships with clinical, commercial and administrative stakeholders.</li><li>Sociable, resilient and tenacious.</li><li>Committed to quality, patient outcomes and achieving targets.</li></ul>
