P The Key Account Manager Spain will be part of the South Europe sales team. /p p The objective of the Key Account Manager is to develop the market and grow profitable sales in the designated territory; /pp The Key Account Manager is responsible for maintaining strong relationships with key decision owners, laboratory personnel and physicians in the targeted hospitals and laboratories; /pp A successful Key Account Manager will focus on growing profitable sales and achieving overall sales objectives as well as other defined performance metrics. /p pb Accountabilities/responsibilities /b /pp He/she will be responsible for : /pulli Ensuring sales volume, revenue and product mix and meeting the agreed business plan in own territory and engage with other Key Account Managers to meet common team goals; /lili Monitoring sales performance and devise corrective action plans where necessary; /lili Developing, maintaining and executing an annual business plan for the territory; /lili Maintaining Key Account plans to maximize business at major accounts. /lili Keeping all customer records accurate and up to date using the Company CRM (Salesforce) regularly; /lili Meeting and exceeding projected sales targets; /lili Attending Sales Meetings and when required, organizing and attending local exhibitions. /li /ul pb Profile requirements /b /pulli A Bachelor degree in a scientific orientation is preferred or equivalent through experience; /lili Knowledge of the diagnostic market, preferably molecular diagnostics and/or pathology is required; /lili Broad understanding of work flow in pathology labs; /lili Self-starter, experience in working independently with little direct supervision; /lili Capable of developing and executing business plan in assigned region; /lili Business oriented with good local market knowledge; /lili Good complex solution selling skills; /lili Straightforward communication; able to engage healthcare professionals in meaningful dialogue; /lili Excellent presentation skills and negotiation skills; /lili Good interpersonal skills combined with the ability to make an impact; /lili Knowledge of tender signing regulations, CE IVD regulations, GDPR; /lili Fluent in Spanish and English, spoken and written. /li /ul pstrong Our offering /strong /p p We offer you a challenging job in an exciting environment, working for top entrepreneurs in the biotech industry.
