Key Responsibilities

* Manage and monitor the end-to-end shipment process.
* Coordinate with stakeholders involved in shipment handling.
* Ensure smooth flow of shipments and provide business solutions based on good process understanding.
* Resolve queries with shippers, customers, key account managers, and other stakeholders promptly.
* Maintain a customer-centric approach to prevent errors and implement corrective measures.
* Prepare and submit documents timely, keeping stakeholders informed.
* Engage in cross-selling, customer retention, and adhere to SOPs and IOPs.
* Identify process deviations and communicate proactively.
* Participate in regular conference calls with clients for seamless operations.
* Record performance data and recommend improvements.
* Build and strengthen customer relationships with the commercial team.
* Monitor KPIs and execute assigned reports or tasks.


Candidate Profile

* Experience in logistics/supply chain.
* Fluency in Spanish and English; French is a plus.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Customer service-oriented with result-driven attitude.
* Ability to work under pressure and well-organized.
* Team player with operational process understanding.
* Proactive, positive attitude, and sense of urgency.
