As our Senior Media Manager, you will spearhead high-impact brand campaigns across TV, Streaming, OOH, Radio, and digital platforms like YouTube. You will leverage your strategic acumen and analytical prowess to craft data-driven strategies that attract high-quality customers and elevate brand awareness for our consumer-facing products.
Your new Role
Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of performance-driven campaigns for Autohero and Wirkaufendeinauto.De across TV, OOH, Radio, and digital channels, including Streaming platforms and YouTube.
Develop and implement measurement and attribution frameworks to maximize the effectiveness of both offline and online marketing initiatives.
Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance by integrating KPIs with core business data, identifying strategic growth opportunities using analytics tools.
Oversee strategic budget management and allocation across channels to ensure efficient customer acquisition and sustainable brand growth.
Build and present data-backed business cases for brand initiatives, cultivating strong relationships with media partners and stakeholders.
Lead negotiations for TV pricing and manage relationships with agencies to ensure campaign success and value.
Collaborate with creative and production teams, using data insights to inspire innovative campaign concepts.
Identify, evaluate, and scale new offline and online channels to drive growth and competitive advantage for both brands.
Your Skills
5+ years of experience managing complex online and offline marketing campaigns with proven results.
Strong analytical skills, data-driven approach, proficiency in Excel, with experience in SQL or BigQuery as a plus.
Leadership abilities with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
Experience managing agency and media relationships at a senior level.
Excellent communication and presentation skills;
fluency in English is essential.
Expertise in programmatic media buying and creative strategy is highly desirable.
Fluency in an additional European language (German, Spanish, Swedish, Portuguese) is a significant asset.
