As part of our growth, we are looking for a Senior Project Manager (m/f/d) Working as part of the Regional Service team, you will lead technical projects performing the following tasks:
Lead technical projects with the focus on the legacy AW fleetMonitor and analyse the operational performance of the wind turbinesInvestigate reliability metrics and field data to identify risks and improvement potential for the entire turbine systemPerform and develop root cause analyses for mechanical failures and deviationsSupport the mechanical design, including DFMEA, technical specifications, and validationsContribute to supplier qualification and technical assessments for all manufacturers
Your Profile
Master's degree in mechanical engineering or a comparable engineering discipline, or equivalentAt least 10+ years of professional experience in the wind turbine industry with a focus on mechanicsSolid understanding of entire turbine, reliability engineering, and mechanical analysis methodsStrong focus on the legacy technology AW1500/AW3000Knowledge of quality assurance and problem-solving methodologies is an advantageExperience working in international, cross-functional engineering teams with clear communication skillsFluent English required, or Spanish skills considered a plusWillingness to travel occasionally and able to manage technical topics in parallel with an analytical approach
