Our Team is in hypergrowth and we are looking for a
**Airport Operations & Customer Experience Assistant | Palma de Mallorca Airport**
**WHAT WILL YOU DO: ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
You will join a dynamic team reporting directly to the International Airports & Customer Experience Coordinator and you will take care of the following activities:
- **WELCOMING & PEOPLE SERVICES MANAGEMENT**:
when irregular operations occur at the airports and passengers and crews need our support and services.
- **PASSENGERS AND CREW CARE**:
using empathy and active listening when attempting to find solutions to customer problems.
Other activities: internal reporting, daily briefings with Carriers and Handlers and any further day-by-day tasks.
**WORKING HOURS**
The job is organized in two shifts per day (from 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m.), all year long, with the aim of supporting airport and transportation operations, by providing assistance to airlines/handlers that may require our help at any time.

The knowledge of other languages is a nice to have, and former work experience in the Aviation/Transport/Tourism industry is highly preferred.
