We're looking for a hands-on, highly dynamic Guest Experience & STR Operations Coordinator to help us elevate guest satisfaction and daily operations across our South Tenerife portfolio (currently ~40 properties).
Thrives in high-energy, tech-driven environments
Conduct on-site quality inspections
Inventory & Supplies
Coordinate stock levels and replenishments
Help improve SOPs and digital workflows
Participate in 1 weekend per month MOD standby
Handle escalated operational issues (standby shifts included in compensation)
Experience in Rooms Division, Front Office, Housekeeping coordination, or similar
Fluent Spanish & English
Driver's license
Flexibility for dynamic working schedules and MOD shifts
