At Marbella in Style, a premium vacation rental and hospitality services company, we are looking for an Operations & Guest Experience Coordinator to join our team.
This role is key to ensuring that daily operations run smoothly and that guests receive clear, professional, and consistent communication before, during, and after their stay. You will work closely with the on-site operations team, coordinating tasks and following up until everything is properly resolved.
This is a coordination and communication role — not a technical, cleaning, or sales position.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily operations with the field operations and housekeeping teams
- Review arrivals, departures, and property readiness
- Act as the main point of contact for guests before, during, and after their stay
- Manage and prioritize communications via email, WhatsApp, and other digital channels
- Follow up on incidents and ensure they are fully resolved
- Verify that properties meet quality standards prior to guest arrivals
- Track and monitor operational and guest experience KPIs
- Report clearly to management on incidents, performance, and improvements
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and workflows
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality, guest relations, property management, or service operations
- Strong written communication skills (email and WhatsApp)
- Comfortable working with digital tools and systems
- Highly organized, proactive, and calm under pressure
- Ability to coordinate teams and follow up effectively
- Fluent in English and Spanish (additional languages are a plus)
