Join our Graduate Program in Spain scheduled from October 1st 2026 to September 30th, 2027. The program, in partnership with Camilo José Cela University, offers Master training blocks and an 11‑month internship at Airbus in an area related to your degree.
Responsibilities
Daily Production Monitoring: Attend control meetings, report progress, update part availability and adjust daily priorities.
Work Order Management: Provide administrative and operational support in handling work orders.
Component & Shortage Management: Oversee potential availability, implement transfer protocols, and manage logistics during unexpected material shortages.
Parasitic Flow Coordination: Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues such as non‑conformities, over‑deliveries, lost parts or cannibalization processes.
Outstanding Works Control: Manage pending logistical flows and coordinate the transfer of responsibility (internal/external) for work orders.
Academic & Technical Profile
Education: University degree in Business Administration, Economics or related fields focused on management.
Knowledge: Solid understanding of logistics and supply chain processes.
IT Tools: Proficiency in SAP (Materials Management), Excel and GSuite.
Languages: Negotiation level Spanish and English;
French a plus.
Soft Skills
