Solution Architect – iGaming

brWe are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to design, implement, and evolve large-scale, high-transaction iGaming platforms. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise, domain knowledge in sports betting and casino gaming, and the ability to align solutions with regulatory, security, and business objectives.
br10+ years in software engineering or solution architecture for high-transaction, regulated digital platforms (iGaming experience strongly preferred).
br~ Proven success leading cross-functional engineering teams to deliver complex projects on time and at scale.
br~ iGaming Expertise
br~ End-to-end architecture experience across sports betting, casino gaming, and player engagement systems.
br~ Major iGaming providers (e.g., Third-party game suppliers (e.g., Experience in modernizing legacy iGaming platforms, including cloud migrations, microservices adoption, containerization, and API-first design.

brMastery of iGaming-specific architectural patterns, such as:
brCasino game server infrastructure optimized for high-volume, low-latency play.
brData lakes and analytics pipelines capturing and processing user behavior at scale.
brExpertise in high-throughput payment systems, capable of handling millions of transactions daily with full compliance to AML and KYC requirements.
brProficiency in automation and scripting (Python, Go, or similar) for infrastructure provisioning, CI/CD, and testing pipelines.
brHands-on experience implementing iGaming security best practices, including:
brEncryption of sensitive data at rest and in transit.
brTrack record delivering solutions across multi-brand, multi-jurisdiction environments.
brFamiliarity with responsible gaming mechanisms, such as deposit limits, real-time loss monitoring, and self-exclusion APIs.
brExperience with cloud-native observability stacks (Grafana, Prometheus, ELK) and FinOps practices for cost optimization.
brAWS/Azure Architect Pro, TOGAF, GLI-19, ISO 27001).
brLead modernization journeys that future-proof iGaming platforms against regulatory, technical, and market shifts.
brDesign scalable, resilient, and secure iGaming solutions aligned with business and technical requirements.
brDevelop end-to-end iGaming platform architectures, integrating networking, security, and application components.
brProvide architectural leadership in defining best practices, standards, and guidelines for cloud adoption.
briGaming Platform Migration Modernization
brLead the design and execution of migrating on-premise and legacy applications to the cloud.
brEnsure cloud solutions align with multi-cloud and hybrid-cloud strategies where required.
brDesign security frameworks, including IAM, encryption, network security, and data protection policies.
brEnsure cloud solutions comply with ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST, and GDPR.
brImplement cloud governance to standardize deployments and enforce security best practices.
brPerformance Optimization Cost Efficiency
brOptimize iGaming platforms infrastructure for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.
brUtilize cost management tools to track and optimize cloud expenses.
brEnsure cloud solutions meet SLA, SLO, and SLI requirements.
brWork closely with Architects, DevOps Engineers, and Software Engineers to deliver end-to-end solutions.
