Experteer Overview As a Regional Commissioning Engineer for UPS in Data Centers, you will lead startup, commissioning, and on-site support for Schneider Electric’s UPS systems across Europe. You’ll supervise installations, troubleshoot, and ensure customer satisfaction on large Secure Power projects. The role blends hands-on field work with cross-functional collaboration to optimize system performance. A strong focus on safety, training, and rapid problem solving will be key, with significant international travel and a clear impact on reliability and sustainability.Compensaciones / Beneficios
- Startup and commissioning across the UPS product range
- Evaluate installation quality and readiness for start-up
- Assess system installation and operational conditions
- Perform on-site adjustments to optimize performance
- Support customers with installation, modification, and repair of UPS products
- Identify root causes across quality, software, or operational issues
- Collaborate with fellow Schenider Electric engineers and partners on site
- Coordinate with L3 support to resolve on-site issues
- Provide training to customers on equipment operations
- Interact with customers on-site or remotely to determine support needs
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for UPS systemsResponsabilidades
- Bachelor in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- 5 years of commissioning or field service repair with Secure Power
- Experience with UPS, Battery Cabinets, and Transfer Switches
- Data Center installation and commissioning experience is advantageous
- Experience diagnosing and repairing electronic circuitry at component level
- Fluent English (B2+)
- Willingness to travel ~70% internationally
- Ability to read and interpret technical and professional documents
- Good software literacy: AutoCAD, MS Office, Acrobat
