About the Position
We're seeking a skilled Email Design Specialist to join our dynamic team. As an expert in email design and development, you'll be responsible for creating visually appealing, technically robust, and conversion-optimized email templates across various platforms. You'll work closely with our CRM, design, and product teams to develop commercial and transactional email campaigns that drive results. With a strong visual sense and analytical mindset, you'll identify areas for improvement and propose innovative solutions to enhance our email marketing strategy. Responsibilities
Design and build responsive email templates aligned with brand identity and conversion goals. Create and adapt images using Adobe Photoshop for email use. Develop templates in Salesforce Marketing Cloud using HTML and CSS. Collaborate with product teams to understand campaign objectives and adapt designs to meet business needs. Propose and implement A/B tests on content, design, or subject lines, and analyze results within a continuous improvement process. Analyze key performance metrics (OR, CTR, CTOR, conversions, etc.) with the team and propose improvements. Conduct visual and functional tests and resolve rendering bugs or inconsistencies. Ensure accessibility, readability, and compatibility of emails across different devices and email clients. Maintain and evolve existing email templates.
Requirements
Skilled in Adobe Photoshop and Figma for preparing optimized email images, designs, and templates. Understanding principles and best practices as applied to email marketing design. Minimum of 2–3 years of proven experience designing and coding commercial and transactional marketing emails. Proficient in HTML and CSS for email, including responsive design. Understanding of UX/UI principles as applied to email design. A very strict attention to detail. Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, especially Email Studio. Ability to work with feedback and tight deadlines. Experience in running and analyzing A/B tests. Analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions. Organized and able to work in multidisciplinary, agile teams. Fluent in English (minimum B2) and Spanish (this is an international company). Other languages desired.

Experience with automation and customer journeys in Salesforce. Interest in industry trends and a proactive attitude toward proposing innovative ideas and tools. Experience working with motorsports or other sports brands. Knowledge of accessibility (a11y) standards applied to email marketing. Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
