With the possibility of going to the Madrid office once a month. /b /ppbr/ppbKey Responsibilities: /b /pulliDevelop and maintain customer experience flows in Genesys Cloud Architect. /liliBuild and support integrations using Genesys Cloud APIs, Data Actions, and event-based services. /liliImplement routing logic, automation, and configurations for voice and digital channels. /liliTroubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and ensure platform stability. /liliParticipate in testing, documentation, and deployment activities following development best practices. /liliSupport continuous improvement of the contact center platform and related processes. /liliTakeover of periodical on-call duty (7x24) usually 1 per month. /li /ul pbMandatory requirements: /b /pulli3-7+ years in contact-center/telephony development or systems engineering /liliAt least 2 years working specifically with Genesys Cloud or equivalent CCaaS. /liliExperience with Jira and Confluence /liliEnglish B2+/C1 /li /ul
