Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Customer Lifecycle Manager to join our team in Malaga. As a key point of contact for our Flemish-speaking clients you will oversee the entire customer journey ensuring satisfaction and loyalty from onboarding through retention. Your role is pivotal in driving long-term relationships and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Responsibilities
* Manage the customer lifecycle process including onboarding, engagement, and retention strategies.
* Act as the primary contact for Flemish-speaking clients, providing tailored support and addressing inquiries or issues.
* Develop and implement customer success strategies to maximize satisfaction and retention.
* Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive growth.
* Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. Sales, Marketing, and Product) to align on customer needs and provide seamless solutions.
* Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and recommend improvements to processes and services.
* Handle escalations with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring swift resolution.
* Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and outcomes using CRM tools.
Qualifications
* Native-level proficiency in Flemish and fluent in English (written and spoken).
* Proven experience in customer lifecycle management, account management, or a similar role.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
* Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making.
* Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Goal-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced collaborative environment.
