We are looking for a highly skilled professional to manage the financial performance, contractual agreements, and customer relationship for our most important enterprise accounts. This role combines strategic financial planning, contract management, and client engagement at the highest level, working closely with C-level executives to ensure long-term business growth and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Finance Management
* Conduct quarterly account meetings with C-level executives, including preparation, facilitation, and comprehensive follow-up.
* Lead annual revenue planning in alignment with business objectives.
* Monitor forecasts to minimize risks in Year-End Steering, track charging status vs. plans, and request necessary accruals.
* Organize monthly financial meetings at customer management level, resolve disputes, and manage financial issues.
* Track and close overdue receivables, control monthly payments, and coordinate with the Debt Collection Team.
* Approve monthly billing items, ensure financial reconciliation, and communicate financial clean-ups.
Customer Relationship Management
* Run Net Promoter Score exercises: select participants, coordinate interviews, consolidate results, and follow up on action items.
* Handle issue and escalation management for financial and contractual topics, ensuring timely resolution.
* Enhance customer engagement through proactive communication, customer intelligence, and events.
* Share best practices across Account Management teams in other markets.
Contract Management
* Manage contracts end-to-end: initiation, negotiation, tracking, and closure of all services and projects.
* Ensure contractual coverage of revenues and timely status follow-up.
* Communicate and implement pricing adjustments, both annually and on an ad hoc basis.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
* 5+ years of experience in finance, account management, or contract management within enterprise or B2B environments.
* Proven experience working with C-level stakeholders.
* Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent command of English (both written and spoken).
* Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and financial reporting tools.
Temporary job of starting 6 month contract with possibility of internalization.
