Summary:
We are seeking a Human Resources Director with a proven track record in managing large-scale operations and navigating complex labor relations environments. This role is for driving talent strategies, supporting organizational change, ensuring legal compliance, fostering a positive work environment, and acting as a strategic partner to senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute the HR strategy aligned with business objectives.
* Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership and operational managers.
* Lead employee relations efforts, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies and procedures.
* Manage labor disputes, disciplinary procedures, and conflict resolution.
* Ensure compliance with labor laws and health & safety regulations
* Promote a strong organizational culture, diversity, and inclusion.
* Analyze HR metrics (absenteeism, turnover, engagement, etc.) and implement action plans.
* Support performance management, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives.
* Collaborate with Centers of Excellence (COEs) in areas such as compensation, benefits, learning & development, and talent acquisition.
Qualifications
Required:
* University degree in Law, Psychology, Labor Relations, or related fields.
* Minimum 10 years of HR experience, with at least 5 in senior leadership roles.
* Demonstrated experience in unionized environments and collective bargaining.
* In-depth knowledge of Spanish labor law and HR best practices.
* Strong leadership, communication, and change management skills.
