The role involves full responsibility for hotel operations, including P&L, guest satisfaction, staff management, and compliance. The successful candidate will define and implement strategic plans to enhance performance, occupancy, and revenue, while leading and inspiring a multidisciplinary team to ensure brand alignment and service excellence. Regular updates and strategic input will be provided to ownership and senior management. The position also emphasizes driving improvements in customer experience, operational efficiency, and sustainability initiatives.
Minimum requirements include:
* University degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
* Over 10 years of hotel management experience, with at least 5 years as a General Manager or similar senior leadership role.
* Proven leadership of multidisciplinary and multicultural teams.
* Experience in cultural change, operational improvement, or hotel repositioning.
* Strategic mindset with strong business acumen and results-oriented approach.
* Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
* Excellent communication, decision-making, and leadership skills.
