¿Qué harás en tu nuevo puesto?

Commercial Strategy & Business Development
\n
- Define and implement the national sales strategy aligned with the company's general objectives.
- Identify growth opportunities across key sectors (industry, logistics, retail, distribution, etc.).
- Drive new business development while expanding existing accounts.
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to refine the value proposition.

Key Account Management
\n
- Lead negotiations with strategic enterprise level clients.
- Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers in B2B environments.
- Ensure proper execution of customer contracts and ensure delivery of world-class Service
\n
International Account Coordination
\n
- Work closely with the International Account Manager to develop multinational relationships in Spain.
- Adapt international strategies to local market conditions.

Team Leadership
\n
- Lead, coach, and develop a Spain-based commercial team.
- Set targets, KPIs, and monitor performance.
- Foster a results-driven and customer-oriented culture.
\n
Operational Management & Reporting
\n
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and regular reporting.
- Monitor margins, profitability, and pricing strategies.
- Coordinate with operations and supply chain to ensure commercial feasibility.

¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?
\n
Education & Experience
\n
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- 5-8+ years of experience in B2B commercial roles, ideally within industrial, logistics, or packaging sectors.
- Proven experience managing sales teams.
- Experience in multinational environments is a plus.
