Key job responsibilities
- Design and manage comprehensive benefits programs for Spain and Portugal, ensuring alignment with integral strategy and local requirements
- Explore and implement AI-driven solutions to streamline benefits processes and enhance employee experiences
- Develop strategic vendor partnerships that prioritize technological innovation and employee-centric approaches
- Conduct advanced data analysis to optimize benefits design, cost efficiency, and employee satisfaction
- Collaborate across multiple teams to create integrated, forward-thinking benefits strategies

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Technology, or related field
- Demonstrated experience applying AI/GenAI to business problems
- Exceptional communication skills in Spanish (C2) and English (C1)
- Ability to operate autonomously in dynamic, fast-paced environments
- Strong skills in stakeholder management and change leadership
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with large-scale HR or benefits programs
- Expertise in building scalable AI-enabled solutions
- Deep understanding of benefits-related data analytics
- Proven track record of technological innovation in corporate settings
- Advanced knowledge of HR technology ecosystems
