Estamos buscando un/a IT Support Specialist Salesforce who will be responsible for providing second level support to our users (& customers) by troubleshooting and resolving issues and will carry out different tasks.

Previous Technical Experience (+2 years):

• 2 or + years of technical experience with CRM (Salesforce) leads & opportunities.

• Salesforce technical knowledge SysAdmin required. Not only end-user knowledge.

• Experience with APIs, Microservices and Cloud Environments and DevOps tools (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins) is a plus.

• Knowledge of ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence or similar tools.

• Proficiency in the use of MS Office tools: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint.

• Knowledge of cloud IT architectures and landscapes.

• Knowledge and/or certification of AWS.

• SQL queries advance level. Select, update, alter… and programming simple scripts to schedule automatic jobs.

• Experience with both read & write SQL queries in SQL Developer Oracle tool or similar.

Conditions:

Modality: FULLREMOTE.

Timetable : Service from 7h-20h (Shift from 7h-16h or 11h-20h) and Saturdays from 8h-16h.
