Experteer Overview In this role you will drive downstream marketing and GTM strategies for the Shockwave Reducer in Europe, shaping how cardiovascular solutions are adopted across markets. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan launches, develop marketing assets, and build relationships with healthcare professionals to accelerate adoption. The position offers impact across regional and global launches, with a focus on improving patient care through innovative medical devices. This is a high-visibility role that combines strategy, execution, and stakeholder management to advance cardiovascular solutions.Compensaciones / Beneficios - Develop regional marketing plans for existing and new products in collaboration with country managers and marketing coordinators - Assist in annual marketing plan and budget development - Create product marketing documents highlighting clinical value, best practices, and customer testimonials - Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals to drive awareness and adoption of the Reducer System - Update campaign materials and assets as market needs evolve - Plan and execute conferences and trade shows in collaboration with medical education - Partner with Training and Education to train field teams and develop assets - Collaborate with marketing leadership, US/EU sales, and cross-functional teams (clinical, manufacturing, regulatory, finance) - Assess and implement digital marketing initiatives - Support global product launches including inventory planning, account targeting, segmentation, and sales materials - Develop trackers and dashboards to measure launch success and KPIsResponsabilidades - 5-10 years of experience in medical device marketing with cardiovascular focus and downstream marketing emphasis - Strong communication across all organizational levels - Excellent collaboration and stakeholder-management skills with cross-functional buy-in - Understanding of business dynamics, economic drivers, and clinical environment;
comfortable in clinicalselling - Ability to thrive in fast-paced, multi-priority environments;
independent and collaborative - Experience with CRM systems and marketing content approval workflows - Bachelor’s degree;
MBA preferred (equivalent experience considered) - Experience supporting global product launches and marketing/sales material development - Cardiovascular product marketing experience is a plus - Experience launching novel products is a plus - Fluent in English;
