"Creating Additive Value".Your TeamAs a key member of our international sales team, you will develop and expand our additives business in wood processing, décor paper impregnation/laminates, and paper manufacturing/converting across Spain, Portugal, and Italy. You will act as a trusted advisor to our customers, ensuring their technical needs are effectively communicated to our product development teams and translated into tailored solutions.Your primary base will be remote from Spain or Portugal, with most of your time spent on-site with customers. You will occasionally visit our Sales Office in Barcelona for internal meetings and coordination.Your TasksMaintain and grow existing business while actively pursuing new opportunities in décor paper impregnation/laminates, wood, and paper processing/converting industries, with a focus on growth. Identify new customer needs and convert them into business opportunities.Collaborate with our product development laboratory to develop customized solutions with specialized additives, and oversee plant trials at customer sites.Negotiate prices and contractual terms to meet sales targets.Monitor market trends and competitors to identify significant growth opportunities beyond organic expansion.Your ProfileDegree in applied sciences, university, or professional training in wood processing, preferably in paper manufacturing, impregnation, laminating, processing, or converting. Alternatively, relevant application technology experience with additives in these industries.At least two years of hands-on experience in one of the above fields.Minimum of two years in sales or a related role involving technically complex products requiring explanation, with direct customer interaction.Fluent in English and Spanish or Portuguese;
