We are hiring Excursion Sales Agents to support one of our key clients in Fuerteventura who will work during Summer Season 2026, from April to October. As an Excursions Sales Agent, you will actively sell excursions and activities, assisting customers throughout their holidays by offering them the best experiences in Fuerteventura. If you enjoy promoting and selling excursion programs, working directly with customers and coordinating with excursion and activity providers, we would love to meet you! Responsibilities: Promote, advise on and sell excursions and activities to our customers. Deliver product presentations (welcome meetings, information sessions, and others). Establishing and maintaining relationships with local hoteliers and providers. Provide excellent customer service before, during and after the sale handling any queries and resolving incident. Managing bookings, confirmations and follow-up of sales. Report sales results and commercial activity according to internal procedures. Ensure compliance with quality standards, brand image and service levels. Requirements Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position as tour guide, tour operator representative or sales-oriented role within the tourism sector. High level of English Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Flexibility and availability according to tourism operational needs, especially during high season. Extensive knowledge of the product of activities and excursions in Fuerteventura. Driving license category B and own car required.
