Identify external and internal obligations based on sector regulations and corporate policies.Define, evaluate, and monitor compliance steps through analysis and monitoring programs.Lead risk assessments in collaboration with departments like Legal, Finance, and Energy.Analyze emerging risks and update risk and assurance maps.Design and improve risk mitigation controls.Work with departments to develop response plans for critical risks.Ensure risk management integration into processes and monitor risks continuously.Report on risk evolution.Participate in investigations of non-compliance incidents and develop remediation plans.Academic Background: University Degree in Law, Business Administration, Economics, or similar.
A Master's Degree in Corporate Finance, Compliance, Risk, or related fields is a plus.
Language Skills: High proficiency in English (at least C1); additional languages are advantageous.
Technical Skills:
Knowledge of risk management methodologies and standards.Experience collaborating with legal, finance, engineering, and energy departments.Experience with process, risk, and assurance mapping.Understanding of applicable regulations and standards.Soft Skills: Strong communication, analytical thinking, leadership, teamwork, active listening, resilience under pressure, results orientation, innovative capacity, and problem-solving skills.
