We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven person to join our Procurement Department to take on purchase responsibilities and strengthen our relationships with our suppliers.Role Purpose:We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Buyer to support our procurement operations and help maintain optimal stock levels across a diverse product portfolio. This role plays a key part in ensuring that purchasing activities are aligned with sales forecasts, commercial strategies, and logistical constraints. The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, and able to work cross-functionally to support purchasing decisions that drive both operational efficiency and profitability.The Junior Buyer will assist in planning and executing purchases, maintaining supplier relationships, and ensuring data accuracy throughout the procurement process. This position requires strong Excel skills, a commercial mindset, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:· Planning and executing purchases with a wide variety of suppliers to secure the correct level of stocks considering variables such as lead time, shelf life, seasonality, etc.· Generate and continuously update purchase forecasts.· Analysis of data to ensure commercial feasibility of planned purchases.· Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers that are beneficial for the company.· Handle and nurture relationships with suppliers.· Involvement and responsibilities in the following processes to ensure they are correctly managed:-SKU creation process-Pricing process-Logistics process· Participate and communicate with the sales department to define and implement sales strategies.· Coordinate account payable topics with management.· Support purchase manager define appropriate KPIsWhat We’re Looking For:· Successfully completed related business administration studies or similar.· Minimum 3-5 years of management and/or purchasing experience.· Business-level written and spoken English.· Excel high.· Structured, highly motivated, and solution-oriented person.· Excellent presentation and communication skills.· Ability to build strategic relationships.· Advanced analytical skillsWhat we offer:· Competitive salary.· Fixed contract.· Comprehensive training and further training opportunities.· Provision of work equipment such as laptops and cell phone.· A versatile and interesting position in an international, motivated team· Hybrid/Remote· 25 days vacation
