Job Purpose
Improve the efficiency and quality of the production process with TPM methodology, together with the Production, Technical, Engineering/Maintenance and Quality Departments.
Job Dimensions & Scope
* Site AF Alzira: 300 FTEs, revenue €130 M
* Part of a 7-BU local team
* Direct reporting line to Commercial & Project Manager.
Principal Accountabilities
* Implementation of Continuous Improvement tools in a continuous production process of automated rotary production.
* Application of methodologies of Analysis and problem solving.
* Training for members of the production teams.
* Leadership and/or support in improvement meetings.
* Data Analysis.
* Implementation of minor projects and reapplication of improvements.
Qualifications/Requirements
Formal Qualifications and Experience needed:
* Technical/Industrial Engineering.
* 2-3 years in similar position in Continuous Process Industry, or Food.
* Advanced English (B2).
* Office & SAP.
* Technical Competencies:
* Knowledge of TPM/IWS.
* Project management,
* Change management,
* Root cause analysis.
Formal Qualifications and Experience desirable:
* Knowledge of Maintenance.
* Knowledge of Food Quality and Safety.
* Reengineering.
* Design of experiments.
* Digital knowledge / Power-bi.

Other Important Information
* Incorporation into a multidisciplinary Team during the implementation of the TPM/IWS work methodology, coinciding with Investment and Innovation activity.
* It is necessary to have your own vehicle, as AF Alzira is not served by public transport.
