How You Will Contribute
Execute the brand strategy for designated brands
Develop product and packaging initiatives
Implement pricing strategies
Plan and execute integrated marketing communication and media plans
Provide recommendations for integrated commercial plans and support the development and execution of marketing plans to meet revenue, profit and sharing objectives
Develop integrated marketing communications and 360° campaigns based on consumer insights
Responsibilities
Lead situational analysis & recommend plans for Fontaneda & Principe
Lead local development and excellence of brand activations and communication
Develop plans rooted in strong consumer insight
Full mix responsibility: develop integrated 360° marketing campaigns
Lead planning with new opportunities for the coming years for Fontaneda and Principe
Lead development of local innovations for the business
Collaborate with agencies and cross‐functional teams
Manage portfolio‐related projects (line extension, PPAs, LPI)
Present brand portfolio and align plans
Lead, motivate and develop a team of 1 ABM and 2 trainees
Qualifications
Minimum of 8 years of proven brand marketing or similar experience, preferably in the FMCG sector and in matrix organizations
Strong analytical skills and leadership; ability to stand alone and a creative mindset
Business acumen beyond brand and budget, including P&L responsibility
Problem solver with a growth mindset and highly proactive attitude
Ability to manage complex projects individually from design to completion with attention to detail and an action‐oriented mindset
Eager to learn, with a can‐do attitude, high level of autonomy and good problem‐solving skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken)
Education / Certifications
University degree in Marketing or Economics
