The powerful network connects 222 cities and 32 countries with more than 1,000 data centres, 51 metropolitan area networks and more than 31,000 buildings in the largest commercial centres in Europe, Asia and North America.We are looking for a Freelance Business Analyst Security to support compliance with the UK Telecoms Security Act through the implementation of Privileged Access Workstations (PAW), map user journeys, conduct user experience interviews, and translate findings into actionable insights that improve adoption and usability of PAWs across diverse teams.What would your duties be?- Lead user journey mapping across impacted business areas.- Design and conduct structured user experience interviews to capture needs, pain points, and behavioural nuances.- Collaborate with multiple teams including IT, security, operations, engineering and service design to integrate PAW requirements into existing workflows.- Document current vs future state processes and contribute to gap analyses.- Present findings and recommendations via clear artefacts (e.G., journey maps, personas, UX summaries).Which are the requirements for this position?- Strong background in user-centric business analysis within large corporate or technical environments.- Experience with information security, compliance, or secure workstation programs is a plus.- Skilled in stakeholder engagement and translating complex requirements into practical workflows.- Proficient in creating visual artefacts, process flow charts, user journeys (Miro, Visio, Lucidchart or equivalent).- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for making security make sense.- Fluent English.What we offer?- Freelance, 4 month of Project.- Participate in international projects.- Location:
