Who You Are brManufacturing Leader at Heart: You hold a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemistry, Food Science Technology, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Management, or similar and offer solid experience in manufacturing operations—ideally from the food industry—paired with strong people leadership and management skills. brBilingual Operator: You are fluent in Spanish and comfortable working in English at B2–C1 level. brLean Continuous Improvement Champion: comfortable applying Lean principles in real operational environments and driving a culture.
