WE ARE LOOKING FOR...
A commercially driven professional committed to increasing our market share in Germany. With our diverse product portfolio, we already serve satisfied customers in Germany. We believe our solutions can offer even more value to new customers in Germany and beyond. We seek someone to expand our market share and introduce our innovative solutions to new audiences.
You will ensure our existing products succeed further in Germany and introduce solutions to new segments. You will research market dynamics, maintain curiosity about our solutions and industries, identify opportunities, and translate them into actions. You are comfortable establishing contacts and building relationships.
You will conduct market research, generate leads, and visit prospects (digitally) to close deals. You recognize commercial opportunities, develop ideas, and implement them practically. You are skilled at analyzing customer challenges and aligning our solutions to meet their needs.
Skills and Requirements
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a commercial field.
* Analytical skills to research various markets.
* Experience in IT Services / Software Product Selling (Application Development, IT Operations, Cloud, etc.)
* Experience in new business development and building relationships.
* Excellent German and English communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to ask the right questions, tell compelling stories, and empathize with clients’ challenges.
* Proactive and driven attitude.
* Living in Spain and possessing a NIE number.
* Willing to travel within Europe if necessary.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct market research and identify potential customers based on client personas.
* Draft creative emails tailored to potential clients’ profiles and needs.
* Contact potential clients to understand their pain points, introduce Decos, and schedule discovery calls.
* Proactively seek new clients and work towards converting them.
* Maintain all data efficiently in a CRM (HubSpot) and/or spreadsheets.
* Promote Decos on digital channels (LinkedIn, Clutch, Medium, etc.) to generate leads.
* Gain insights into clients’ urgent business problems and demonstrate how our solutions can add value.
