In this senior role, you own the end-to-end CRM and lifecycle communications for Marvel Strike Force, driving cohesive, player-first messaging across all channels. You collaborate with Product, Live Ops, and Marketing to shape when and how players engage, optimizing journeys for engagement, retention, and LTV. You lead messaging strategy, creative direction, and a library of high-performing templates, while influencing product design and event timing. This role sits at the crossroads of the CRM function and game team, delivering measurable impact through experimentation and cross-functional leadership.

• Own the CRM and lifecycle communication calendar aligned with live ops, features, and key moments
• Define and evolve lifecycle strategies across segments (new, active, lapsing, VIP, conversion-focused)
• Translate product/live ops plans into actionable communication strategies
• Serve as the single source of truth for outbound player messaging
• Lead messaging across push, email, in-game, and other channels; guide high-quality copy
• Collaborate with design to create compelling creative; maintain brand voice and templates
• Represent CRM in sprint planning and live ops reviews; influence feature design
• Identify data/targeting needs for personalization and segmentation
• Brief Marketing Operations on campaign builds and metrics; review campaigns for quality
• Partner with CRM Analytics to design experiments (A/B tests, journey optimization) and derive improvements
• Actively play Marvel Strike Force to stay grounded in player experience; stay updated on community sentiment
• Participate in stand-ups, design reviews, and live ops planning to stay aligned with game team
• Operate as senior IC with hands-on capabilities in campaign execution, segmentation, and experimentation
Responsabilidades
• 5+ years in CRM, lifecycle marketing, product marketing, xpzdshu or growth roles with hands-on channel execution
• Proven experience in midcore mobile games with engaged players
• Strong copywriting skills and ability to craft performance-driven messaging
• Experience managing editorial/communication calendars in live-service environments
• Comfortable in sprint-based development and influencing product decisions
• Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Braze, Iterable) and lifecycle orchestration
• Strong analytical mindset with data-driven strategy and optimization experience
• Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills
