Role OverviewAs an Ads Onboarding Account Manager, you will serve as a trusted partner to advertisers beginning their journey on the Google Ads platform. Key Responsibilities
Client Portfolio Management: Manage a portfolio of new advertisers and ensure a smooth onboarding and activation experience
Strategic Consultation: Understand client objectives and recommend customized advertising strategies
Campaign Execution: Set up, manage, and optimize data-driven PPC campaigns following best practices
Client Coaching: Educate and support clients via calls, video meetings, and email to improve campaign performance
Growth Opportunities: Identify upselling opportunities by introducing advanced tools and expansion options
Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs, analyze performance trends, and continuously refine strategies

Requirements
Language Skills: Fluent in German (C2) and English (C1 level)
Experience: Minimum of one year of professional experience in sales or marketing
