In this role, you will be key in ensuring the optimal performance of our intralogistics solutions on‑site, directly contributing to operational excellence and customer satisfaction. Your mission: To ensure maximum availability and performance of TGW automated systems at customer sites throughout their entire lifecycle by delivering outstanding technical support.

What you’ll be handling:
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electromechanical equipment
Diagnose and solve technical issues directly on‑site
Train customers and key users on system operation
Support installations and, where required, take responsibility as team leader
Prepare technical documentation and service reports
Provide on‑call and emergency support services
Ensure strict compliance with health & safety standards
What you’ll need:
Degree or vocational training in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or similar
Experience in industrial or automated environments
Strong problem‑solving skills and a proactive mindset
Customer‑oriented with excellent communication abilities
Willingness to travel up to 70–80% across Spain and Europe
Good level of English (French is a plus)
