Automate Ibiza helps premium hospitality businesses in Ibiza work smarter, not harder. We build AI-powered automations that save operators hours every week, increase direct bookings, and give them back time to focus on what they do best, running legendary Ibiza venues.
We work with hotels, villas, restaurants, and clubs across Ibiza who want to stay ahead without burning out their teams.
We have a strong award-winning team, experienced with enterprise level automations and systems.
We're looking for 2-3 sales partners to join us on a commission-based structure.
This is a remote partnership, offering plenty of flexibility, not a traditional job.
You'll identify premium hospitality businesses in Ibiza who need our solutions, conduct discovery calls, and manage ongoing client relationships.
We provide full technical and proposal support; you bring the relationships and sales ability.
Key responsibilities
* Find and qualify leads in Ibiza's hospitality sector
* Conduct consultative sales conversations
* Book and attend discovery sessions (with our support initially)
* Manage client relationships and ensure satisfaction
* Build your own pipeline with full autonomy
What We're Looking For
Ideally, you have:
* Existing hospitality network in Ibiza (ownership, GM-level, operations directors) OR proven cold outreach ability and hunger to build from scratch
* Strong consultative sales skills and ability to close premium deals
* Self-motivation and comfort working independently
* Understanding of premium hospitality positioning
* Professional, competent, and resilient
Nice to have:
* Background in hospitality, SaaS, or premium services
* Bilingual (Spanish/English)
* Experience with commission-based sales roles
