What You'll Do
As a Business Development Executive, you will:
* Identify and connect with potential customers to generate new business opportunities
* Present product solutions effectively, tailoring your approach to the customer's needs
* Manage the full sales cycle — from outreach and follow-up to closing deals
* Collaborate closely with Marketing and other teams to improve outreach strategies
* Share insights and fresh ideas to help us refine our go-to-market approach
* Use CRM and automation tools to track activities and drive efficiency
Requirements
* Proven minimum 3 years' experience in B2B SaaS sales
* Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills (both oral and written)
* Highly organized with a fast-learning mindset
* Proactive and committed to excellence
* Familiarity with CRM systems and sales automation tools
* Comfortable working in a fast-changing, dynamic environment

* Fluency in additional languages: Spanish, Portuguese, German, Italian, or French
* Experience or background in logistics or shipping
