Could you be the full-time VIE – Digital Solutions Deployment Specialist we’re looking for?
Context
Alstom Digital Services improves its offering and develops innovative solutions for our customers (maintainers, operators, infrastructure owners…). To ease and accelerate the digital solutions adoption, it’s mandatory to ensure perfect adequacy between the solutions (products) and the customers (users). This implies field testing, feedbacks, support and proximity.
Future Role
In this organisation, your role as a VIE will be to ensure local adoption of centrally designed products, as as feeding back design & engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Expertise: master our technologies and tools (TrainScanner, InfraScanner, HealthHub, etc.)
- Efficient engineering skills, with actionable knowledge on hardware (CAD & mechanical, electrical), and software (data processing, programming).
- Proactivity and initiative: capable of adapting designs.
- Grow knowledge: enrich use‑cases, field test, provide formal feedback.
- Products delivery—work closely with central engineering teams and installation teams to: anticipate potential issues, de‑bug, ease solution deployment, ensure reliability growth, get solutions wholly commissioned/validated/homologated (by ISA).
- Boost local adoption—work closely with users to: offer 1st line support, train local people, collect feedback, improve user experience, ensure local satisfaction, ensure local adoption and changes in Maintenance WoW (ways‑of‑working), ensure that digital solutions truly translate into value creation (in line with business cases), listen to local requirements and promote/offer solutions locally.
- Focus on solutions delivery and business case fulfilment (confirmed value).

Technical Skills
- Technical knowledge about digital solutions and maintenance business.
- General engineering skills in mechanical design, electrical design, programming, and data science.
- Fluent in English and Spanish; other languages (French, …) are desirable.
- Excellent communicator; listener with superior written, presentation & facilitation skills.
