JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Title: Sales Leader – Acute Care Informatics Europe

Role Overview:

Responsible for managing commercial partnerships and market teams, implementing strategic and tactical plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives, overseeing talent management, driving operational efficiency, and engaging with executives and stakeholders to influence organizational decisions. The role involves managing the commercial team and collaborating with stakeholders to achieve business goals.

Main Responsibilities:

* Oversee commercial partnerships in a specific country or key market, ensuring revenue growth, fostering customer relationships, and negotiating contracts to maximize market share and profitability.
* Implement sales strategies and plans, including sales forecasts and execution of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), to drive revenue and meet sales targets.
* Lead the sales team, working with cross-functional teams and market stakeholders to drive performance and execute market initiatives.
* Manage the ACI portfolio by improving sales and margins, identifying new customers, and expanding business opportunities.
* Develop key sales and operational plans, including processes for distribution, contracting, business planning, sales compensation, forecasting, budgeting, and KPIs.
* Collaborate with EI Zone Sales leaders to develop territory plans and align strategic and tactical goals.
* Execute go-to-market strategies for new services or products, support sales campaigns, and monitor performance metrics and KPIs.
* Manage talent, including employee selection, performance and compensation management, and career development, ensuring operational efficiency.

Candidate Profile:

* Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Sales, Marketing, or related fields.
* At least 5 years of experience in Sales Strategy, Business Development, E-commerce, Sales Operations, Marketing Technology, Healthcare, MedTech, or similar.
* Proven success in software sales, managing sales funnels, and achieving targets.
* Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
* Willing to travel up to 50% within the zone.
* Experience in Acute Care settings is preferred.
* Familiarity with sales tools and performance management.
* Strong interpersonal, communication, influencing, and networking skills.
* Analytical skills to translate market insights into solutions.
* Self-driven, collaborative, and customer-focused.
