The full‑time annual base pay for this position in Spain is expected to range between EUR 50,000 min and EUR 75,600. Initial salary placement within this range will be determined based on role‑related factors such as experience, qualifications, and expected contribution.

As a Program Manager in Empresa confidencial Porriño, you will have full responsibility and accountability for all operational and reporting aspects in leading a cross functional project team to deliver on all scope objectives on time, in full and with the highest level of quality. You will be the customers advocate within the Empresa confidencial network with the goal ofbringing the customer journey to the next level while fostering achievement of the Empresa confidencial Mammalian Business Unit operational, tactical and strategic goals.
What you will do:
- Be the interface between the Customer and Empresa confidencial to ensure execution and delivery according to Empresa confidencial and the Customer’s expectations.
- Understand the Customer’s needs and represent their interests by acting as their advocate on-site.
- Use all PM Standard Work processes to effectively manage projects.
- Fully accountable for all operational aspects in leading and motivating cross-functional project teams to deliver on all scope objectives with the highest level of quality.
- Ensure Customer satisfaction throughout the life of the program through collaborative relationship management with AM/Sales.
