Company Description The National Event Manager designs and executes an effective and innovative national event marketing programme on a highly professional level, adapting it to address national market needs and goals. He/she is one of the most important drivers of innovation and creativity in events and in exploring and finding new relevant playgrounds and future trends. Innovation is priority, followed by excellent and efficient execution, creating unique and exciting experiences for our consumers, always in line with the national strategy. He/she oversees the national Event Car Programme, supports relevant 3rd party projects with an approach aligned with Media Network & Field Marketing teams, leveraging global/international Red Bull assets as well as spearheading new innovations in the sports world. Job Description OWNERSHIP OF THE ENTIRE EVENTS MARKETING STRATEGY Create an innovative, outstanding, and relevant national event programme, based on a mid/long term strategy. Responsible for a 360 coordination and implementation of the events. Implement new and innovative consumer engaging concepts, activities and projects, in close alignment with the regions. Explore new playgrounds (new sports) with a credible approach and responsible for an adequate partnership plan to render the programme. Build and execute a 3rd Party Sports Events Strategy in close alignment with the Field Marketing team EVENT ORGANISATION Ensure a premium execution of the country events programme with a 360º amplification plan working closely together with the wider Marketing and Sales departments. OWNERSHIP OF THE EVENT CAR PROGRAMME Coordinate a National Event Car Programme strategy, establishing clear targets and focus points per quarter. COMMUNICATION Communicate information via the Red Bull SportsNet for all event related topics. Design and contribute unique stories, new formats and top media content for Red Bull Media Network. Setup a strong network to establish Red Bull as functional beverage and innovative brand with athletes, opinion leaders, sport industries, agencies, media, federations, authorities, etc TEAM STRUCTURE & MANAGEMENT Qualifications University Degree Marketing, Event Organization, Sports and Experiential Marketing Minimum 5 year's work experience as Senior Event Manager in the sports industry, sport-, events- or marketing agency or sport institution, leading a team and having established holistic marketing strategies. Knowledge of the Spanish Sports and Events landscape and industry Ability to design, organize events and projects of all scales. Ability to lead project teams and follow a 360-degree marketing and organizational approach. Fluent in Spanish & English – written and spoken Creative & innovative, Open-minded & self-conscius, Organizing ability, Loyal, friendly, responsable, Sporty & fit for outdoor work. Leadership skills, Strong team player, Power Point advanced skills..
