We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager (PMM) to serve as a messaging liaison for CounterCraft’s software and service solutions across the portfolio.The PMM will work closely with the Marketing/Communications team as well as the Product/Development team with the goal of helping to craft narrative frameworks and unifying messages to strengthen marketing efforts. This person will have solid communication skills and experience in project management, providing assistance with market research, building product roadmaps, and creating compelling content. You will own key product marketing elements for launches and messaging, collaborating with various departments to ensure they have the necessary data, visualizations, and information to create effective collateral that drives sales.Responsibilities
Liaise between Product/Development and Marketing to craft messaging and materials for distribution across various channels.Create relevant collateral for our products, including unique value propositions, features/benefits, and competitive differentiation, such as white papers, sales tools, web content, lead generation programs, and more.Conduct market research within the cybersecurity domain.Collaborate with stakeholders on marketing strategy and roadmap.Identify opportunities and develop new marketing strategies for our capabilities.Assist in executing campaigns and socializing marketing strategies.Define and execute core messaging.Requirements
3+ years’ experience in Product Marketing, Corporate Marketing, Product Management, or Pre-sales in the high-technology industry, preferably in security software.Experience in B2B product marketing and launches.Exceptional written and oral communication skills.Expert-level writing and editing in English.Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling language.Experience producing collateral, presentations, videos, web content, thought leadership, and case studies.Strong project management skills, capable of coordinating across multiple disciplines and teams, meeting challenging deadlines, and adapting flexibly.Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to foster cross-functional teamwork.Bachelor’s degree.Good to Have
