What will you do?
* Manage and develop relationships with newly onboarded and existing hosts
* Provide ongoing support to ensure client satisfaction and long-term retention
* Optimize account performance by improving listing quality and engagement
* Address client needs proactively and offer tailored solutions
* Manage a pipeline of accounts and ensure consistent progress toward growth targets
* Track performance and activities using CRM tools such as Salesforce
* Meet or exceed outreach and engagement KPIs
* Identify opportunities for account growth and process improvements
* Collaborate with internal teams to enhance performance and results
* Participate in training, development, and knowledge-sharing initiatives
Candidate profile
* 1–2 years of experience in customer success, account management, or similar client-facing roles
* Fluent in a Nordic or German language and proficient in English
* Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
* Proven ability to meet or exceed targets in a performance-driven environment
* Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
* Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce is an advantage
* Background in hospitality, property management, or similar industries is a plus
* Proactive, solution-oriented, and adaptable mindset
* High level of professionalism and attention to detail
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
