We’re growing fast in the data centre and technology space, and we’re looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager based in Spain to help us attract, engage, and hire the talent that makes it possible.
You’ll be part of a global TA team, with the initial remit to build and grow our TA function in EMEA - partnering with leaders globally, owning sourcing, recruitment, and employer branding projects that make a real impact. This isn’t just about filling roles — it’s about shaping how we engage talent in one of the fastest-growing industries in the world.
What you’ll do
* Lead end-to-end hiring for key EMEA roles, especially in data centres, tech, and infrastructure.
* Build pipelines by sourcing and engaging passive talent across markets.
* Act as a brand ambassador, driving recruitment marketing campaigns that grow awareness and talent communities.
* Partner with hiring managers to provide market insights and deliver great hiring outcomes.
* Champion diversity and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
What we’re looking for
* Experience in Talent Acquisition across EMEA (ideally in data centre, technology, or infrastructure sectors).
* Strong sourcing skills and proven success engaging passive talent.
* Fluent in Spanish and English ;
other European languages advantageous.
* A true go-getter :
comfortable with ambiguity, agile, adaptable, and always learning.
* Confident working independently while building strong relationships with stakeholders.
* Passion for employer branding, recruitment marketing, and data-driven recruiting.
