What You Will Do In This Role

As An Account Manager On Our Team, You Will

- Build a client portfolio from scratch through consistent outbound prospecting, cold outreach, and lead‑generation activities.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities across targeted industries and market segments.
- Develop strong relationships with prospects by understanding their needs and positioning relevant solutions.
- Convert qualified leads into long‑term accounts through effective communication, follow‑up, and value‑driven proposals.
- Manage and grow acquired accounts by ensuring satisfaction, resolving issues, and uncovering expansion opportunities.

Concentrix Is a Great Match If You
- Have a proficient or bilingual level of Swiss‑German with an advanced English level.
- Strong outbound prospecting ability, including cold calling, emailing, and social outreach.
- Effective communication skills for engaging prospects and managing client relationships.
- Sales pipeline management using CRM tools to track activities and opportunities.
- Time‑management and organization to balance prospecting, follow‑ups, and account care.

It would be a plus if you have
- Previous experience working with channel.

- Salary 23,500 euros gross/year + up to 6,000 euros gross/year in bonus.
