Responsibilities
1. Supervise and coordinate the operations of the production plant, ensuring effective, productive, and safe industrial processes.
2. Monitor performance, output, and quality of products or services; implement improvements as needed.
3. Manage and coordinate staff training, evaluations, and resolve issues or disputes.
4. Implement and uphold internal control and safety standards.
5. Develop and execute production plans, schedules, and budgets; oversee cost control and resource allocation.
6. Coordinate with other plants and the European Supply Chain.
7. Analyze and optimize stock levels of raw materials, packaging, equipment, and energy based on sales forecasts and customer orders.
8. Set and review plant KPIs; report operational progress aligned with other industrial sites.
9. Identify and resolve problems; implement corrective or preventive actions in collaboration with other departments; research innovative technologies.
10. Improve production methods and practices to enhance efficiency and competitiveness.
11. Supervise warehouse operations to ensure timely deliveries.
12. Lead, motivate, and manage employees; participate in recruitment, task distribution, skills assessment, training planning, and performance evaluations.
13. Ensure team compliance with environmental regulations; monitor environmental indicators and participate in audits; propose continuous environmental improvements.
Requirements
* Industrial Engineer degree.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within an international Food Industry or FMCG company.
* Experience with new facilities, capacity expansion, and building projects.
* Technical and operational expertise.
* Business knowledge (MBA preferred).
* Financial acumen.
* Advanced negotiation skills.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Leadership qualities and team-oriented mindset.
* Analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
* Strong leadership and management talent.
* Resilient, energetic, and tenacious.
* Fluent in Spanish and English; French knowledge is a plus.
* Proficient in SAP (advanced user).
