We are currently looking for an HR Trainee to join our People & HR team and support daily HR operations in a dynamic and international environment.
This is a hands-on opportunity to gain exposure to different HR areas, including recruitment, onboarding, employee administration, internal communication, and HR operations, while working closely with the People team on day-to-day activities and ongoing projects.

What you'll do
* Support recruitment processes, from job postings and CV screening to interview coordination and candidate communication.
* Help create a smooth onboarding experience for new hires and interns.
* Assist with employee documentation, HR databases, and day-to-day administrative processes.
* Collaborate on internal communication and employee engagement initiatives.
* Help keep HR trackers and operational follow-ups up to date.
* Participate in ongoing HR and People projects and learn how a People team operates in a fast-paced international company.
What we're looking for
* Currently enrolled in a Master's degree or a degree related to Human Resources, Labour Relations, Psychology, Business Administration, or similar.
* Mandatory availability to sign an internship agreement with a university or educational institution.
* Good command of Microsoft Office tools.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
* Ability to work independently on assigned tasks, with guidance when needed
* Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
